Average House Prices Rise 4.2% to £130k

An average house in Northern Ireland will now set you back £130,000, the latest official figures revealed.

Prices in the North have increased by 4.2 per cent over the year to May and above the UK rate (3 per cent) according to data released jointly by the Office for National Statistics (ONS), the Land registry and other bodies. (July 2018)
