House Sales up 20 Per Cent (Nov 2013)
House Sales in Northern Ireland jumped by 20% in the last quarter according to the latest University of Ulster House Price Survey produced in partnership with the Bank of Ireland & NIHE. The average house price is now £129,777 and the increase in sales provides "considerable confidence" that the market is in recovery.

House Prices Rise Again
House Prices in both Britain & Northern Ireland are an average 5.4 per cent higher than last summer as property Market Activity Intensifies. Halifax housing economist Martin Ellis said "Overall, house prices are expected to rise gradually over the remainder of the year".
